At Sentry Academy, we are committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences. However, if you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund, we have established the following guidelines:
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your enrollment in any of our courses or tutoring services within 30 days of the course start date without providing a reason.

Gifted Courses:
If the course or service was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, any eligible refund will be provided as a credit for future courses. If the course was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Returning Course Materials:
If physical materials were provided as part of your course, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning these materials to us. Please send returns to:
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process. Refunds for course materials cannot be processed until we receive the items in their original condition.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
Courses or services that have been customized or tailored to your specific educational needs.
Courses where a significant portion has already been completed.
Digital products or materials that have been accessed or downloaded.
Special promotions or offers that explicitly state non-refundable terms.

Refund Process
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for enrollment, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
